All of our qualified and fully registered psychologists at Life Resolutions® Belgrave specialise in providing professional counselling for couples, individuals, families and organisations. Our counsellors are fully registered and qualified to assist you, in a safe and supportive environment, to overcome the difficulties and issues that may be holding you back.

Making an appointment with one of our professional psychologists is easy. For your convenience we offer day, evening and Saturday appointments. We are open from 8am to 9pm, Mondays to Thursdays and 8am to 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays. All our Life Resolutions® psychologist practices offer Medicare rebates, as well as some concession rates, which greatly reduces the out of pocket expense to you.

What can I expect from a first counselling session?  A Life Resolutions®' psychologist will first take time to develop a sound understanding of what your issues are, before developing specific goals that you are committed to work towards. These may include strategies to help you change unhealthy patterns of behaviour, to implement more effective coping strategies to manage difficult situations, or to get closure on past events. Your psychologist will work together with you to help you live a more positive and satisfied life.

Confidentiality For your peace of mind, each counselling session is treated as private and confidential. In accordance with the APS Code of Ethics all the information that is gathered during your sessions is treated with the strictest confidence and is used only for the purposes of assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
