Introduction to Word

This course introduces you to one of the most popular word processing packages in the world, learn to create all kinds of documents from letters to memos and faxes, use the great features of copy, cut,  paste, save files, open and print files format text with color, size underlining etc. work.

Adobe Acrobat

On completion of this course, you will be able to Create PDF documents from a range of Microsoft Office Products, Convert PDF back into Microsoft Word Documents Edit Text and Graphics in a PDF Document, Add to, Sort and Delete Pages in a PDF Document Add Security & Signatures.

 

MYOB  Complete

During this 2 day course, you will create a Data File, create a Workable Chart of Accounts, Enter opening balances, Enter Sales and Purchase data, prepare and work with the Inventory System, Raise Purchase Orders, Create Invoices, Write Cheques, Perform Bank Reconciliations and Run Reports. (Payroll can be an add-on if required)

Intermediate Word

This 2 day course is designed to provide you with the necessary skills to use multiple sections, create templates and macros, track changes to your document and create newsletters, brochyures and flyers, and a basic Web Page using Word's graphic and desktop publishing capabilities.

Adobe Illustrator

Start Illustrator and explore the Illustrator environment, navigate an Illustrator document. Create and save a new document, draw basic shapes, manipulate basic shapes to make complex shapes, and export an illustration. Work with colors, and learn about the many tools used in this program.

Crystal Reports-Intro.

Explore Crystal Reports, open, create, save, and modify simple reports.  Format a report by changing font style, size, and color; add lines, boxes, and shapes; and format fields conditionally.  Sort records in ascending and descending order; select records based on single or multiple criteria, and delete criteria from a selection formula.

Advanced Word

This 2 day course provides the participant with some of the advanced features, including Mail Merge, Forms, Linking and Embedding and the use of Cross Referencing and Bookmarks. It also covers managing long documents, i.e. to create and manage and modify large tenders, annual reports, academic papers (thesis) or anyone who has to write complex and long technical documents.

Adobe Photoshop

Identify the attributes of raster and vector graphics, customize the
Photoshop environment, open and magnify images. Use several selection tools to select image areas, and modify and manipulate selections. Switch among Photoshop’s image modes, Repair image defects, paint in an image, erase complex background areas.
Crystal Reports-Adv.

Take
Crystal to the next level, create and use Parameter fields; use an Edit Mask; and select data by using a pick list, a date range, and cascading parameters.  Create and modify running totals; use variables, arrays, and ranges in a formula; use multiple functions, and Evaluation Time functions in a formula; and use For and While constructs in a formula. Create and customize charts and maps. Modify, add, merge, and delete report sections in a report; apply advanced conditional formatting techniques to report objects; and add hyperlinks and OLE objects to a report. .

VBA for Word

On completion of this course you have used and managed a variety of Word Fields, including Form Fields, Design, Write and Debug a Word Visual Basic macro, create a dialog box and suitbale control structures and use an automated template to create a custom application.

Start Adobe
InDesign and explore elements of the environment, create documents and add basic elements to a layout, and position elements precisely by using guides and the Control palette. Create a facing-pages document, create master pages, and apply them to a document. Group items, and manipulate items within a group; and create layers and assign items to them. 
QuarkXpress

Create basic documents.
Structuring multi-page layouts
Use Master pages, Typesetting, Text box linking, Paragraph formatting and Style sheets.
Create Tables, work with text and graphics, text boxes, Grouped items and Layers.

Introduction to Excel

This beginners course covers the basics of learning about spreadsheets. You will learn about the Excel screen and many of its elements, create, save and print and learn about formulas and functions, utilize the sorting and charting features of Excel.

Adobe PageMaker

Open
PageMaker publications,  Create a single-page publication that contains text; save it; and modify, resize, and rearrange text blocks.  Import text, create and modify frames, and insert page numbers.  Create and enhance drawing objects, import graphics, arrange text around graphics, and merge text and graphics in a data source with PageMaker. Use styles and the library.
SharePoint

SharePoint helps teams stay connected and productive by providing easy access to the people, documents, and information that they need to make well-informed decisions and get work done. Use SharePoint Foundation to coordinate schedules, organize documents, and participate in discussions through team workspaces, blogs, wikis, and document libraries and lists.

Intermediate Excel

This 2 day course is designed to provide you with the knowledge to use Excel to a level beyond the basic features, you will learn about Navigating Large Worksheets,Link, Summarise and Consolidate data, Use Special Formatting, Sorting, Auding Features, Comments and create Combination and Trend Charts.

Adobe FrameMaker

Start
FrameMaker and use the FrameMaker environment to create and save documents.  Create character and paragraph formats, align and space the text in a document, create headings, and create numbered and bulleted lists. Use the editing tools to check the spelling of documents. Use the Tools palette to draw and edit objects, work with anchored frames, and import and embed objects from other files. Work with tables Create and work with master pages, reference pages, and FrameMaker templates.

Advanced Excel

In this advanced course we look at Advanced Formulas, Lookups and Data Tables, Pivot Tables and Charts, Exporting/Importing data, Quering External Databases, Using analytical options, Macros, Interataive Web Pages and Using SharePoint Services.



Excel - VBA Programming

This course moves into the Visual Basic editor, covers programming basics, using decision and loop structures, it also looks at working with custom dialog boxes, handling events and debugging and error-handling techniques.

Learn how to organize data efficiently by using a database management system; start Access and open Access databases, plan, create and modify, a table's design, set field properties. Work with queries, forms and wizards.
